Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds based on buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or if the product functions as described at the time of delivery.


2. Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be issued under the following condition:

  • We are unable to provide a functional replacement for a defective or non-working product (account or key).
  • The purchase of the product is less then 30 days ago.


3. Replacement Process

  • Our primary and obligatory solution for any faulty product is to provide a replacement.
  • The replacement process typically takes a few minutes but we reserve the right to take up to one (1) month to investigate and supply a working replacement before a refund can be considered.
  • You must contact our 24/7 support to initiate a replacement request.
