Terms of Service

By purchasing from VirtualServices, you agree to the following terms:


1. Service Description
We provide digital accounts and license keys for various third-party services (e.g., Netflix, Steam, Adobe Creative Cloud). You are purchasing access credentials, not the intellectual property of the underlying service.


2. Account & Key Usage & Acceptable Use

  • Accounts: You will receive a pre-existing account with login credentials (email and password). You must not alter the account details (email, password, recovery info).
  • Steam/Software Keys: You will receive a key to activate on the corresponding platform (e.g., Steam, Adobe). Activation is your responsibility.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree to use our products in a manner that complies with the Terms of Service of the underlying platform (e.g., Netflix, Steam, Adobe). We do not condone, and are not liable for, any misuse of our products, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, spamming, or any other actions that violate the platform's rules and result in account suspension or termination. The customer assumes all responsibility for their activity on the provided account or key.


3. Lifetime Warranty

  • The "Lifetime Warranty" is valid for the lifetime of the product as offered by us. It covers access issues (e.g., login failure, password changes) with the provided account.
  • This warranty becomes void if the underlying service (e.g., Netflix, Steam) permanently discontinues the product or if we decide to cease operations for a specific product or the entire store.
  • The warranty is fulfilled at our discretion, primarily through the provision of a replacement account or key.


4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for using the accounts/keys in accordance with the third-party service's terms.
  • Any activity that leads to the suspension or termination of the account by the third-party service is your responsibility and voids all warranties.


5. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the products and services offered at any time without prior notice.
